Experience Shakespeare through performance and explanation of scenes from A Midsummer Night’s Dream… followed by Director Jackson Currier leading theater games with the entire audience!
Kanbar Kids Performing Arts & Culture for the Young celebrates the classics with Marin Shakespeare Company’s teen touring company’s performance of scenes from A Midsummer Night’s Dream – with intros and explanations by Director Jackson Currier.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream is one of the most fun and funny plays ever written, featuring mischievous magical spirits, befuddled young lovers, and a good-hearted amateur acting troupe. The morning ends with theater games led by the director.
Please join us for this fun, engaging, and educational performance.
Marin Shakespeare Company is a non-profit corporation, whose mission is to achieve excellence in the staging and study of Shakespearean plays, to celebrate Shakespeare, and to serve as a cultural and educational resource for the people of Marin, the San Francisco Bay Area, and beyond.
