This new series of paintings and studies explores themes of otherness and affliction.
Inspired by Mary Shelley and her 200-year-old masterpiece Frankenstein, the work addresses ideas related to this often misrepresented literary text—and its resonances in the 21st century— using watercolor, graphite, and various media on paper.
Come meet the artist who will discuss these works at a special Art Talk, on Saturday, June 9.
