Bumblebee Kids: Stories, Music and Songs Honoring the Legacy of MLK, Jr.
Award-winning storyteller Diane Ferlatte, accompanied by Erik Pearson on banjo and guitar, take the stage for a morning of stories and songs, honoring Martin Luther King Jr.’s principles & values.
From ‘Jim Crow’ to ‘This Land is Our Land’, these stories & songs from the Civil Rights struggle honor Dr. King & his legacy- focusing on the themes of brotherhood, tolerance, & diversity.
The morning program begins with pre-show hands-on arts activities to get creative, add some sunshine, and the opportunity to connect with friends.
And concessions with Peet’s coffee, Numi tea, hot cocoa, and a variety of snacks and baked goods available for purchase, and may be enjoyed in the theater.
A perfect Sunday morning for interactive play, and incredibly fun, inspiring stories and songs with live music family and friends.

Directions
From Highway 101 in San Rafael, take the North San Pedro exit and head east. The Osher Marin JCC, at 200 N. San Pedro Road, is on the right-hand side, half a mile from the freeway exit.
Free Parking
* The Osher Marin Jewish Community Center's parking lot is located directly in front of the building with parking spaces for disabled patrons available.
* Additional parking is available at the JCC Annex lot, located at 210 N. San Pedro Road (just east of the main campus). In the event of multiple programs, or heavily attended events, overflow vehicles may be directed to available street parking or on adjacent properties.
* Evenings and weekends only: There is additional parking across the street at Venetia Valley School.
