Born in San Francisco, guitarist James Harman fills out his career with solo gigs to big band performances in California, Texas, Mexico, Germany, and England.
Harman’s also a music director for several musicals, has taught 8 years at Marin School of the Arts, and leads studio sessions with diverse artists, such as Peter Magadini, Ed Goldfarb, and German artist Christoph Pagel.
Releasing his debut album, Wanderlust, in 2014, his upcoming album showcases a new band with GRAMMY-winning artist Kevin Hays, drumming and co-producing with John Main on bass, and keyboardist Mike Emerson.

Aside from the many street-side parking spaces, there are 3 parking lots / garages within one to two blocks of the venue. There is a two story large parking structure behind the Fenix. If you can’t find a space there, seek out the lot at Lootens Place and fifth street (1-1/2 blocks away) and the multi floor lot at A and third streets (2 blocks away).
