We explore ourselves through a self-portrait process that can help us mark the passage of time

* 3 Fridays, December 8, 15, & 22, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Who have I been, who am I now, how will I re-vision myself?

The closing of the calendar year provides an opportunity to mark the cycle of time, to take stock of where and who we’ve been, and to envision our future.

As 2023 comes to a close and 2024 awaits us, we use the Tamalpa Life/Art Process to reflect on who we’ve been this last year, who we are today, and who we want to become.

Using the power of drawing, dance, creative writing and community, we explore ourselves through a self-portrait process that can help us mark the passage of time and tend to our growth.

Natan is a dancer, educator, and bodyworker and a member of Tamalpa’s core faculty since 2016. He has extensive teaching experience working directly with Anna Halprin as her teaching assistant in public workshops and classes.

He is a Certified Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, and has completed certification programs in somatic education at Moving on Center, and in mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy at the Hakomi Institute of California.
