Writer Tom Jones and composer Harvey Schmidt wrote The Fantasticks for a summer theatre production at Barnard College.

After its Off-Broadway opening in May 1960, it went on to become the longest-running production in the history of the American stage and one of the most frequently produced musicals in the world.

They went on to write such shows as 110 in the Shade, I Do! I Do!, Colette, The Show Goes On and others from the 1960s right up through the early 2000s!

Broadway diva Kimilee Bryant is thrilled to return to the Alliance program with her Bryant’s Broadway to sing some her favorites by the Fantastick duo. The tribute also includes interesting insights.
