Celebration of the Arts

The program will open with a brief local history presentation from California Room Staff about the Marin Art & Culture Club which was founded by Beatrice Duke in 1965.

The mission of the club was to promote the arts and encourage the study of the arts in Marin City citizens.

An invitation to view the Marin Art & Culture Club exhibit will follow the short local history presentation.

Lastly, join us under the dome in the Civic Center Library for cake and coffee and a showcase of live performances such as vocal music selections, a Jazz trio & spoken word.

Our event partners include: Marin City Arts and Culture and the MC Arts Gallery.
