As executive chef at Mill Valley’s iconic El Paseo restaurant, Chef Todd Shoberg serves refined Northern California cuisine driven by farmer’s market forays and seasonal flair.
Raised near Lake Michigan, Chef Todd revels in seasonal bounty of the North Bay, where he led the kitchen at Piatti before opening his own restaurant, Molina, in Mill Valley.
He closed that project in 2016 and joined El Paseo last year to warm reviews.
