Golden Hour an exhibition featuring the painted works by San Francisco artist Victoria Veedell in a show of colorful, atmospheric landscape paintings. Join us on a dream-like journey through a soft world of impressionist beauty.
Victoria Veedell finds her inspiration in the nuances of the world around her. Between her travels and artist residencies, Veedell’s paintings are a study of place, light, and the feeling of discovery. Each landscape invites the viewer into the artists world, exploring the atmospheric mystery that urges us to study and find solace in the artistry of nature itself.
Veedell has studied around the world, with artist residencies in Japan, India, Finland, and Iceland. From every place she visits, Veedell creates a series based on the dramatic shift of light and color, giving each work a unique insight into the fragile ecosystems of our planet.
By capturing these moments in time, Veedell’s artwork is an act of support for our planet against destructive climate change and over urbanization.
“There are treasures hidden in the glorious wildness like unmined gold.” – John Muir
