Kurt Huget is a mainstay in the Marin County music scene, playing guitar and singing. He was bandleader for Songs of Woodstock and Songs of 1970 at pre-pandemic George’s.
For these two shows he recruited members of Doobie Brothers, Big Brother & the Holding Co, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Heart, and Cold Blood. He has also performed, recorded, and/or written songs with members of Jefferson Starship, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Grateful Dead, Country Joe & the Fish, Huey Lewis & the News, Steve Miller Band, Rowan Brothers, Sons of Champlin, It’s A Beautiful Day, Sly & the Family Stone, Elvin Bishop, and the Youngbloods.
Julia Harrell is a multi-instrument percussionist and songwriter. She is equally comfortable playing marimba, jambe, congos, and bongos. Julia played a full drum set in legendary Studio A when she recorded at Fantasy Records.
They will be playing outdoors under a big tent. No cover charge! Family and dog friendly!
