Dan Cassidy received a BFA in photography and printmaking from the California College of Arts and Crafts in 2006. He moved to Taos, New Mexico and opened a small studio gallery. Whilst in Taos, he was a founding member of the “Pressing On, Taos Printmakers” group and was vice chair/chief curator for the Taos Fall Arts Festival. Dan ‘s photography has been exhibited at various galleries and art centers throughout the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and New Mexico. He is currently editing images from his photography residency in Iceland for a book project.

Vaidis Valaitis:  “With a background in sculpture and photography, and coming from a computer-related career, I was fascinated with digital media and quickly drawn to it.

“The quick advancement of digital art programs provided not only the opportunity to draw and paint but also reproduce the effects of multiple media such as oils, acrylics, and watercolors, and even combine these in a single painting, then Digital 3D came next.

“For the last 15 years my journey and evolution through the ever-changing media of digital fine art continues to challenge, inspire, and fascinate me.”
