Meredith Heller is a local poet, author, singer/songwriter, avid nature lover, and educator with degrees in writing and education.

She leads workshops at schools, women’s prisons, the Institute for Poetic Medicine, creativity summits, wellness retreats, and online.

She is the author of Writing By Heart, Write a Poem, Save Your Life, and three poetry collections.
