Improve your Spanish, Play Theater Games, Do Gentle Stretching/Yoga, Meditate and Make Art!

We learn anatomical vocabulary somatically with gentle yoga and stretching. We play theater games to focus concentration and learn each others names. After a 10 minute meditation we start in on the art making around the themes of gratitude and affirmations. Instruction is in Spanish and English. We learn, we play, we make stuff and we laugh as often as possible.
