Livestreamed Theatre
Virtual/Zoom Bay Area Playback Theater improv – true stories from the pandemic
Playback theater transforms peoples’ stories into theatre pieces right on the spot using spoken improvisation, movement and music to capture the essence and honor the experience.
This program is about your true stories and experiences in overcoming the widespread fear, isolation and mortality of this last year’s threat.
- How did you cope? What did you overcome? What kept your spirit strong?
- How did you manage work, play, love?
- Regrets, surprises, joys, sorrows, challenges?
- How has this last year changed you?
We invite you to tell your stories, then watch as we play them back.
Free admission, donations are appreciated. Participants agree to appear on Zoom and in recordings of the event.
We are planning to broadcast an edited version on Marin Community Access TV on a later date.
