STARRY NIGHTS AT POINT REYES - Celestial Photography by Marty Knapp

During the Opening Reception on Thursday June 8th from 5-7 PM, Marty Knapp will give an artist talk about the making of his new starscape photographs made at Iconic Point Reyes locations.

The Station House Cafe presents an exhibit of Marty Knapp’s night sky photographs: Starry Nights at Point Reyes. The Opening Reception is Thursday, June 8, 5:00 – 7:00 PM, with an Artist Talk at 6:00 PM. The exhibit runs though August 1st and is open to the public during business hours every day except Wednesdays.

During the reception, the public will have the opportunity to meet Marty Knapp and view his new Point Reyes night sky photographs. Marty Knapp, who has recorded the star-splashed skies over West Marin’s iconic landscapes, will speak about the making of these new images during his Artist Talk at 6:00 PM. His black and white photographs glow brightly with constellations, galactic dust, and a multitude of stars.
